4.2. Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Once you have placed your order, we are unable to change your shipping address.

Shipping cost estimates as follows:

  • $10 flat shipping fee

Shipping time estimates are as follows:

  • Within NSW – up to 5 business days

  • Outside NSW – up to 14 business days

Orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day, excluding public holidays. All other orders will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. You can check your tracking information on Australia Post’s website.

4.3. Returns & Refunds

When you make a purchase, you are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information and a valid way to contact you. 

If any product is returned to us due to your failure to provide us with accurate shipping information, we are under no obligation to re-send the product to you, and you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied to the return of the product to us or in re-sending the product to you.

For ONLINE items/purchases – e.g. recipe subscription, member sites, online courses, etc.

  • No refunds offered

  • Once you cancel your subscription/payment you will no longer have access to the member sites or pages

  • You retain access to any content you have paid for and downloaded, but cannot distribute the content – please refer to our copyright section

For PHYSICAL items/purchases – e.g. bath salts, essential oils, etc. returns and refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, however:

We reserve all rights, at any time, to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our content at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your submission of personal information to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our website or purchasing out content you acknowledge and consent to our collection and use of information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

Certain Products may be offered on a subscription basis.  If you purchase a subscription, you will continue to be billed on a recurring basis, and your selected content will automatically be provided at the price and frequency you choose at the time of your purchase unless and until you change or cancel your subscription. Your account will be charged for your initial purchase, and all applicable fees, using the payment method provided or selected by you at the time of purchase or otherwise provided in your account.
